STEP 1: BOOKING
The process starts with signing the contract for going ahead with the designer. Once you have narrowed down on the designer most of the hard part is done. Entire party required for the decision making will be made aware of the contract and what to expect.
2. Conceptualizing
With so many rituals in Indian weddings it important to plan the types of dresses and colors planned out for the bride & groom so others in the family can have their dresses assembled. Share the ideas with event décor or event planner so they get an idea on how to plan the presentation.
Finalize on timeline for the entire process & set apart dates & times to meet for the planning.
3. Sourcing
Once the type of dresses for each ritual is decided, designer can present options on what material & work can be done to give the looks. This step can be a lot easier if you can give the designer clear ideas on what you don’t like to focus on your chosen product, collection, or blog post. Add details on availability, style, or even provide a review.
4. Creation
Designer has been given a go ahead on the costume and colors so the procurement of the material starts and the backend work to get the dresses in shape starts. As things are completed it will be shared to give an idea.
5. Trial/Dress Rehearsal
Once the dresses/blouses arrive in USA the trials are done, and any adjustments will be performed. Arrange to bring any ornaments, shoes etc on trial day.
